As behaviors are learned and shaped by our daily experiences, we at ALIVE collaborate with clients and various professionals: including psychologists, teachers, nutritionists, and occupational & speech therapists and other relevant people in their lives to develop a plan that supports and encourages personal growth and the development of healthy habits.
ALIVE serves a wide range of clients dealing with a variety of issues, in various ways. Our learning and behavioral support services are provided in the home and community enviroments or in our Beverly Hills office.

Hello,
I am Dr. Shannon Stanford, Ed.D, BCBA, Founder & CEO of ALIVE Education Management & Services.
ALIVE is a company designed to honor all that is unique and different within us. At ALIVE, we train parents, teachers, and others to find creative, solution-oriented strategies to help clients who may benefit from a different approach in order to improve the social, communication, and decision-making skills for children.
Consistent with my passion to create inclusive, safe, and nurturing enviroments where children can authentically thrive, I have attained a myriad of credentials to bring an informed decision when working with families, children, teachers, and other health care professionals.
I received a doctorate in Education with a focus in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California. I have provided educational and behavioral health services to individuals ages 3- 19 and parents for over 12 years. In my studies I focused on shifting existing organizational paradigms to create a more child-centered, inclusive and culturally relevant approach to teaching children. Additionally, I train adults to prepare children to be independent and successful in life.
My proudest accomplishment is being a wife and mother of two.
